DroidLane Addons
Posted: September 10th, 2009, 10:57 amThe DroidLane Addons feature is a mechanism for allowing third parties to contribute add-on features to the DroidLane application.
This is a way for the main application to launch functionality that are developed by
- those specifically skilled in that area of functionality and wants to contribute
- those aware of certain local needs that are not fulfilled by the basic application and want to enable this
- those who have feature ideas they do not see developed by anybody else amd knows how to accomplish it.
The plugin feature will be a generic way for the main application to introspect and launch Android application code that meet certain API and design criteria
while allowing that Addon to access certain functions of the main application.
